Return Policy:
Fishbecks is committed to satisfied customers and realizes returns are sometimes necessary. We require immediate notification for return of items. We try our best to avoid restocking fees, however, if your return results in a full refund, a 20% restocking fee may be implemented for in stock orders. A 50% restocking fee will be implemented for special orders. No returns on items marked “ AS IS “ or “ FINAL “. Under no circumstances will shipping and freight costs be refunded to the customer. The return freight expense is the responsibility of the customer. Also retained your receipt for Warranty and Refund.
